Khadraa

Location: Egypt

Khadraa convened a group of Egyptian volunteers specialized in the fields of crisis medicine, public health, environment, family medicine, mental health, community development, and communication. We are joining forces to build a support unit for COVID-19 in Egypt. The group formed recently due to the necessity of assistance and support for public health and the Ministry of Health and Population’s (MOHP) efforts carried out to address the COVID-19 crisis.

Khadraa is a non-profit organization registered in Egypt under license 918 for 2020. Our main purpose is to develop community centered solutions which contribute to public health and environmental sustainability, as well as the link between them. We also intend to assist the Egyptian community during the Coronavirus crisis with medical consulting, crisis management, psychological advice and informative material, and support the aforementioned organizations to mitigate their workload in these critical times.
